Fine print · Free trial lasts 14 days from the date of signup and provides preview access only; proposal submissions are not available during the trial. A valid payment method is required at signup through Stripe; no charge is made during the trial. Your $400/month membership begins automatically on day 15 and renews monthly until canceled. Activating your membership before the trial ends will begin billing immediately. To cancel, you must email info@workwithaltus.com before your trial ends; cancellations are not processed through the portal. If your trial ends without an active paid membership, access to the software portal will be removed. Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. A 15% project fee (5% upon signing with the client and receipt of the client's deposit, 10% upon project completion) applies to any project awarded; terms may be customized per engagement. ALTUS does not submit government proposals on a partner's behalf; GovCon support services are available separately at additional cost. Membership provides platform access only and does not guarantee projects, contracts, clients, or business outcomes. One free trial per company.
