What we expect from you
Members represent ALTUS to the owner, so the basics are non-negotiable:
- A written quote with itemized pricing, not a lump sum
- A timeline with named milestones
- Plain-language updates — these owners are not technical buyers
Program rules
- One partner per project: once you claim it, it comes off the marketplace
- Owner contact details are released only through ALTUS, and only after your claim is confirmed
- Project details, scopes and client identities are confidential
- Lead fees are non-refundable once contact details are released
- Non-circumvention: no direct contact with the owner before the introduction
